The International Targeting report has been deprecated by Google. The below feature is discontinued by the Google search console.
But it will continue to support and use hreflang tags on your pages. The ability to target search results to specific countries using Search Console's country targeting was determined to have little value for the ecosystem, so it is no longer supported.
What is hreflang tags?
If you are a Bharatiya publisher and wishing to target the traffic of another country, hreflang tag will help you to get the traffic from another country on your blog.
What if I don't use herflang tags?
If you don't use hreflang tags on Blogspot then you may loose on concentrating to a specific region or a specific language. As it would be somewhat difficult for search engines like Google to identify the language of your blog. So it is always advisable to use herflang tags for better SEO during geo-targeting.
Not to worry if you do not already use herflang tags. Nowadays, search engines are technology very advanced to figure out the language of your blog or website.
How to use hreflang tags on the blogger website?
1) browse through your theme and click on edit HTML
2) search for <head>
3) paste the code in the following way if you want to tell the Google that your website is in English language
4) if you are writing blog post for US clients or if you are targeting US or UK audience in large, then use the following way to insert herflang tags to your blogger website (just use -UK instead of -US for British targeting)

Why do people use herflang tags on their blogger website?
Bloggers use herflang tags because audience from US or UK is generally rewarding. If a blogger have a Google AdSense account then he/she might know what I am talking about. Audience/Traffic from US and UK pays higher CPC. So bloggers use herflang tags to target this audience.
Nonetheless, it is okay not to use herflang tags. The reason I have already told you. Nowadays search engines know the language and the region you are targetting for. Just focus on your content.
Disadvantages of using herflang tags for international targeting
Sometimes it is better not to use herflang tags and target a particular country. Because in the process of targetting a particular country you are leaving other countries behind, who could be your potential readers.
